Marvel Studios has confirmed that there will be a fourth Captain America movie that will star Anthony Mackie as the new hero with the shield. He was known to most fans as Falcon.
The first time we met The Falcon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, was in the movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier when Steve Rogers ran past him during his morning stroll on Washington D.C. Since then, he started a close friendship with Cap in the movies and he even received the famous shield from old Roger’s hands on the final scene of Avengers: Endgame.
But it was on the series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier where fans of the MCU had a chance to know him better, becoming a household name on the Disney+ streaming service.
There are still no details about when do they plan to release the movie, who will direct it, and what other actors will be in it. So, will just have to wait for new information in the following months.
